That's all we're asking! Thousands of us on twitter will be asking millions using twitter to skip a meal 9/1/2009 and use the savings to fund any local or global hunger relief organization. If you don't know any organizations to help, there's a big list on this site under World Hunger Links. You can also find a local food bank, national or global hunger relief agency on Google. Just search for "hunger relief."
Join us this month as we try to grow #twitterforfood in a huge way! Last month we got some big help from World Market and Sharefaith along with some great hunger organizations on our list. Why are we doing this? Because 16,000 children die every day from hunger related causes. One person can help many. A thousand can help millions. Millions could help everyone.
