I finally got a chance to sit down and watch this. What wonderful ideas! It fits a lot with the thinking of the guy who sells cheap drip tape and manual water pumps (I can't remember the name of that book).
So fascinating. I loved the idea of having someone pay for something at least a little bit actually empowers them.
When you receive a gift from someone the social rule applies of "you get what you get and you don't have a fit"
When you PAY for something you get to buy what you want and demand that you get what you payed for. Totally different. So interesting.
